In order to play the violin well
you must practice daily!

1. Practice sheets must be used when practicing.

2. Practice sheets must be shown to Mrs. Stewart each lesson. They will be recorded in her attendance book. Practice sheets will not count if they are late.

3. You must use a practice sheet even on weeks you don’t have lessons.

4. You must practice 6 days a week OR at least:

Book 1 - 3 hours a week
Book 2 & 3 - 4 ½ hours a week
Book 4 up - 6 hours a week

5. Students who are not practicing will be put on probation.

6. There will be awards for practicing.
